HeadlinesBot.com (the "Site") is operated by D2X Enterprises LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("D2X," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is a curated index of links to AI-related headlines published on AllThingsAI.work and other third-party sources.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to HeadlinesBot.com. It does not apply to AllThingsAI.work or to any third-party site you reach by clicking a headline. Each linked destination has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

What we collect

We do not collect personal information from you on this Site. Specifically:

If we add advertising, analytics, or any feature that collects personal information in the future, we will update this policy and surface the change on the Site before the new feature goes live.

Aggregate analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and understand general traffic patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build profiles. Cloudflare may receive limited request metadata (such as IP address, user agent, and referrer) as part of operating its content delivery and security network on our behalf, in line with Cloudflare's own privacy commitments.

Linked content and the headlines feed

When you load HeadlinesBot.com, your browser fetches a JSON feed of headlines from a public endpoint at https://allthingsai.work/api/headlines.json. That request is made directly between your browser and AllThingsAI.work and is subject to AllThingsAI.work's privacy policy. We do not pass any identifier or session token to AllThingsAI.work as part of that request.

Each headline card is a link out. When you click a card, your browser navigates to the linked source (commonly an AllThingsAI.work article, sometimes another publisher). What that destination does after you arrive is governed by its own privacy policy, not ours.

Cookies and similar technologies

HeadlinesBot.com does not set first-party cookies or use local storage to identify you. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot management when serving our pages; those are limited to operating the Site and are not used for analytics, advertising, or profiling on our behalf.

Because we do not set tracking cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. We will add one if and when our cookie posture changes.

Children

HeadlinesBot.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Site collects no personal information from any visitor, COPPA notice and verifiable parental consent obligations are not triggered here.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing.

EU, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

For the limited request metadata processed by Cloudflare on our behalf to deliver and secure the Site, our lawful basis is legitimate interest in operating a stable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not rely on consent, because we do not place tracking technologies that require it. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland for our own purposes; Cloudflare's global network may route requests through servers outside your region as part of normal CDN operation, under Cloudflare's own transfer safeguards.

Pennsylvania residents

We comply with the Pennsylvania Breach of Personal Information Notification Act (73 P.S. Section 2301 et seq.). If that ever changes, we will notify affected Pennsylvania residents in accordance with the Act.

Do Not Track

HeadlinesBot.com does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals because we do not track you in the first place.

Security

We rely on Cloudflare's network-level protections (TLS, DDoS mitigation, WAF) for transport and edge security. Because we hold no personal information about visitors, the practical scope of any incident affecting this Site is limited to Site availability, not your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
